Changes to ATC prescription medication benefit

For Access to Care members:

A packet of information has been mailed to your home about changes to your medication benefit. We are excited to announce that you can now use MOST local pharmacies with the same co-pays!


A NEW Access to Care ID card(s) was included in your packet. You can begin using your new card as of 02/01/19 and discard your old membership cards. Also, please remember to check your membership expiration date to enroll on time and avoid lapse in coverage.

*If you haven’t yet received your new card and need to fill a prescription, please have your pharmacist call the SERVE YOU CALL CENTER at 1-800-759-3203.

By giving ServeYouRx your name and birth-date –  the pharmacist will receive the necessary information to fill your medication.
